4. Results and Expectations

  • We'll work diligently but cannot guarantee specific rankings or AI recommendations

5. Payment Terms

  • One-time packages: Payment due before work begins
  • Monthly plans: Billed monthly in advance
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within first 30 days

6. Cancellation

  • You can cancel monthly plans with 30 days notice
  • One-time packages cannot be cancelled once work has begun
  • We may terminate services if you violate these terms
  • Upon cancellation, you keep all delivered content and work

7. Content and Ownership

  • You own all content we create specifically for your brand
  • We retain rights to our methods, processes, and general knowledge
  • You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate others' rights
  • We may use anonymized case studies for marketing (with your permission)

8. Privacy and Confidentiality
